...e owner after his own mistake led to multiple employees being infected by Covid. Took advantage of the Covid situation, cut off everyone's salary by 30% and still going on.

There is no work load at neuro equilibrium, all employees do their work very calmly. All company cordinator and staff very sportive.

Dislikes

...quilibrium they send the technician anywhere, any location .It should be change. Salary is also an issue . Travel expense is also very low.

I have been working at NeuroEquilibrium™ Diagnostic Systems Pvt Ltd for over 6 month, and I have had a great experience. Neuro is a good company with great people. you will find less politics in cross functional department in compared to others. As a mechanical engineer you will learn so much since manager is very supportive.

Dislikes

6 days working leaves are less than industry standard only 18 leaves including PL CL and no SL only 6-7 holidays through out the year

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
