1) salary date not fixed so everybody getting problems like ( EMI BOUNCE CHARGES ) 2) We did't do camp freely for increasing the patient day by day 3) P R O SHOULD MEET DOCTORS DAILY FOR WALK IN PATIENT

Great experience working with neuberg. Good work environment and my teammates n juniors are very supportive and the management is also good.

Dislikes

Company appraisals are not fair, salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no job security, it's a worst point of neuberg.

It's an MNC, there is an opportunity to learn across departments,

No concern on employees by the management, they will keep you working overtime and don't pay for overtime, No night shift allowance, it's in a remote area and they don't provide transportation / allowance, higher level management staff at lab shows no respect towards employee,

...n damaged workflow. No transparency in appraisal.....appraisal cycle is delayed. Regular salary deduction on account of LWP (leave with pay)

As there is no such potential employee one can learn and explore in multiple job roles, price and product quality is good

Job Security is zero, Pay Package is below market average, very high work pressure, top management only milking money by flattering directors, no hierarchy structure
