Co-ordination not there with superiors . Levels in different department. Thus we struggle to do new or to achieve something it's very hard to get approvals ... All depends on mail communication and need to get approvals for each mail. Workload is too much for frontline managers..

You can join but you have to forget your family

Management is good. Work culture is also good. Company policies are good for the employees.

Dislikes

Priority for sales and technical departments given more and less importance to few other departments. Management should not blindly believe what HR department says and should check with concerned staff.

Their is no job security. No process in place and system is havoc. The job responsibilities are not clear and there is no defined metrics to measure the performance. Their is no respect for employees. The Anand mangement does not honor their commitment and only gives lectures during appraisal on being driven and motivated with learning and not money. When the fact is they are driven only by money. If you want to join Anand the only thing you should be is an obsequious person saying "yes boss" to everything the Anand management says. When they ask for feedback/opinion they only want to hear positive and good things about them and their system or what they have proposed and if you say or do the right thing then you should start counting your days in that place. You should keep your brains at home if you want to work under the Anand management, as they want only followers of their orders.

Healthcare people are quite dedicated and honest. HR & CEO are exceptionally good and supportive

Worst is Finance. Finance head has to give up politics and groupism, His narrow mindset is responsible for Finance in bad shape
