Been a long now working with this company, post management was changed everything is just scattered.

... dont know what to say so much confused with this organization. Appraisals gone. Variable pay eaten cz their business was not upto the mark in this FY.

Salary is not good and knowledge was good earlier but now all fools will be there with politicies

Extreme Polities and no knowledge growth just the things what others are doing and how to pull them down and worst part if you are new the seniors will also not listen and take it seriously

Work from Home. 2 week offs for general shifts, 3 week offs for rotational shifts.

Less hike to internal working employees. Employees hired get more salary than existing ones for same role. No parity in salary for same role. Work done is not well considered in PMS.

Many security products to learn but no project management.

...t will ask you to work on multiple project even though if you don't have skills. Salary is below as per Market standard.

Giving a opportunity to the freshers even salary is less but it is ok to start in this company.but for experience level the support needed will getting.

Like every company here also politics are there some it can manageable some it is irritating that people will to showcase their work they will pressuring people below them.
