...ack of understanding of basic HR policies and contribute to a toxic environment. Despite promising salary hike, they will ignore you whenever you talk about the increment of salary. The management's approach is invasive and undermines trust. They watch through CCTV and take screenshots of any actions ( laughing, talking to colleagues) creating an atmosphere of constant surveillance and discomfort. how does that make us feel? And they expect you to do workload of four people in such minimal salary.

Complete unprofessionalism and self centeredness.. worked as a trainer there and inspite of being so organized and good batch strength of aroun, d 180 students, they terminate you for no reason. on the contrary they are fake job guarantees with companies paying below 10k and far apart.. all good reviews are actually paid reviews..the manager interferes in the lectures as well and starts his own nonsense thereby confusing the students.. .doesn`t check mails and blames not getting batch reports.. he also made a statement himself that hes just doing marketing rather than delivering value as an institute.

Multiple things for like firstly, very bad management. Secondly, the manager and the branch had work on favouritism of employees. There is no professionalism in the management As No protocols or company laws have been applied, they terminate you without any prior warning on notice and when complaint about this, no action has been taken and still they have not justified the reason for taking me off as they did not even provide me training for the profile that I was opted for as I was a complete fresher into that stream

The management is very toxic. There is always someone watching you through cctv. Anyone can be given any position by just office politics and belittling their fellow colleagues. No National holidays, no sick leave / causal leave, payment mode is cheque, with no confirm cheque disbursement date. It can start from middle of the month and delay from then. the HR department is flawed, like a headless chicken. HRM doesn’t have knowledge of labor laws or payrolling , nor do they know any idea of onboarding of candidates or exiting, most of the staff are freshers girls. The organisation runs like a family business rather than a company.

Well organized team and entire team will collaborate on the project to make sure it is available to the customer on the agreed upon date. They adopt latest technology and hence gain more knowledge
