Very Low salary Properly trainings are not given , many times TL also mislead beacuse they were not sure about the guidelines.And in the end all fault is yours . Career growth is very slow . Only once in a year you get a bonus , based on your performance, and bonus amount is also very low.

Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Dislikes

Compensation, appraisals, very poor mometary compensation in my opinion. Also feel like growth is pretty limited in this organization.

Very supportive management, seniors are helpful, good work life balance,good leave policy,provide on time salary,

Less career growth, less learning curve , less salary structure as compared to other similar industries

1. Lack of ambition to compete with bigger players 2. Low salary band and not always willing to provide adequate hikes, rather willing to let go quality resources

Co workers are friendly and permanent work from home facility.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible. No salary increment, no promotions, Overtime without extra payment. No holidays at festival and also no bonus. Terrible company, horrible management. Managers are the worst. Never recommend to anyone.
