trust me they are all scammers they say that we will give you full salary but they will not give you full salary with full attendance. if you talk to your tl or am then they "oh aisa kya accha thik hai ab jao kaam karo load badh raha hai"

Nothing in netscribes in my openion is good, but yes our trainer is good and friendly

Dislikes

The work culture and the client behaviour is worse and everything is worse there starting with the salary and work progress, everything in that company is based on politics,if you give butter to the manager then you will be benefited but if you don't then you will be forced to give resignation. Lastly if you give best in your work then also you will not be the best and if you give priority to the manager and listen to everything what they said like overtime duty and so on then you will be highlighted without any reason.

... 12 hours or so. There's no work-life balance at all in almost all the projects. Salary range is terrible, though we get it on time every month.

Dislikes

The attitude of managers, be it in your project or the HR. They treat you like an outsider the very moment you decide to leave the organisation. There's no proper training too. You're just thrown to work directly and then mocked for not giving your best performance.

The tea and coffee machine was good there and the hygiene of the washroom was also good there

Dislikes

They will cut you out without any reason by the name of cost cutting and you will be job less in a single day without any notice. In last 1 year 5 females were getting promoted and not a single man. Because I think you know the reason. All the managers are like if you're a girl then they will help you but if you're a boy then you will get nothing. Most worst company and the management too.
