Initially work life balance was really bad, but as I started to get used to my job, it became good as I could complete my work faster. Our managers are also pretty chill.

Salary (No hike, only base salary- ever) Job Security (always disturbing leads & manager, so no guarantee to stay. Anytime quit environment) Work-life balance (WFH job, yeah of course balanced. But leads & Manager calling every time. Giving flexible login and expecting/insisting to available in for 24x7., saying that client needs. For example- real example : works starts at 10 or 11 or 12, then it goes to 8pm average or 7pm sure. Issue is lead call at 9pm or 10pm or 8:30pm and ask for support/client need urgent., so one small work. First time okay, but it was everyday. After few days if I ignored by saying I logged out. Then Manager will call you (voice call) I got a call at 11pm. I didn't pick it. So then they used other colleague to inform me that need corrections. Do it plz. Actually 100% Target Based job friends. But these people still in 1947 literally 2013..2012..Still. Just cunning, loyalty, cheating bosses. They just treating as slave "Labour" literally. After I joined there are minimum 30+ employees left. Just came and gone. Only because of this leads. I always thought, instead of losing 30+ 50+ employees.. Can lose this one lead, one manager. But later I realized that Netscribes management is the real issue. Friends, no weekend leave. Only Sunday. But these guys cheating that, for example - real example - January has 2 government holidays. Jan26, subhash Chandra Bose day, or you can take other months which comes with 2, 3 days of government holidays. Netscribes management dictates the manager to make every team member must work on other Sundays to compensate those excess holidays they gave to employees. Thing is, they don't say that. They would say this month volume is high and cannot be achievable. So due to client requirement we need to work on Sundays to complete the monthly target. Friends, just calculate how many holidays they give, will be taken back for sure 100% How? They would make everyone to feel - you will be fired if you don't support us. Until this feeling come into employees.. They would try utmost. Most irritating thing..) Promotions (best of luck) Skill development (not sure, Bcoz up to your project & and team,. Up to you) Company Culture (Corporate level Labour company) Overall, Still in 1947, literally 2012 Company. Whoever poor, has no place to work, can't face "any" interview, tribes (who has slavery experience), pity mind people who can give loyalty, who can work as Labour and cheat their neighbors and friends by saying that I'm working in a Corporate. I'm an IT staff... These people can work here with fully satisfied.

Co workers are friendly and permanent work from home facility.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible. No salary increment, no promotions, Overtime without extra payment. No holidays at festival and also no bonus. Terrible company, horrible management. Managers are the worst. Never recommend to anyone.
