...they think they can hire and fire.! I have seen 30+ employe living this company. Everyone takes the salary and leaves the company because of the toxic environment. If you really want to make a career in your life please don’t work here. Both the founders are clueless why they have opened this company.! No clients nothing. Founders wants politics and they are dual face( bhai kise k muu py kch aur apke muu py kch aur but inko ye ni pata ki bahar nikalte he sb baat krte h apne kise ko kya bola h). Suggestion for so called Founders: Sir and Maam sb jante h bahar apke bare mai negative vo log ni aplog h.! Sbkoi ko sb kch pata hota h kya chal raha h company mai.! Sb bhag jaenge dheere dheere.! Bhaiya and Bhabhi please learn digital marketing from a digital marketing institute kch sikho pahle.! Dhanywad.

I've been with Netpuppys for over a year, and it's been a great experience. The work environment is super supportive, and there are many chances to learn and grow. The team is friendly, and the projects are interesting, so there's always something new to learn. If you're into digital marketing and want to develop your skills, this is the place to be.

Sometimes the workload can be a bit heavy, especially when multiple projects overlap. It can feel a little overwhelming during busy periods, but the team is supportive, and we manage to get through it together.

At a certain point you’ll realise that all the praise at the starting of your time at netpuppys, was all an act to keep you in the company. When the new ones come, you’ll be sidelined and demotivated and neglected. Be ready for that if you apply here. I wouldn’t advise to join this company as a creative person, your creativity will pack its bags and leave. In the technical field (ads/developing), it’s a cool place because the people operating in the area are great and the best part about it is it comes under Pratik. Silky (his wife) manages the creatives and social media part so please apply AT YOUR RISK.
