Working as a leader will make you more responsible, the workload is too high, you have to manage all things like a leader. To become successful in this company you have to be strong mentally. Otherwise this company not for you.

...give value to deserving candidates easily. You have to fight for your own value. They even don't the to maintain salary according to experience. Junior and senior both works on the same salary.

Your job is not secure, work life balance is 0, unwantedly you have to work on weekends as well as late night and still you get 0% promotion.

Good for Fresher. Working experience is complex but good to learn. Will be useful in further career.

Roles given to employee is not clear. You have to do everything what company want doesn't matter it's in your skill set or not.

No job security No job security In 2017 they fired approx 25 employees. Relatives company, relatives are there a lot someones brother, wife, husband,cousin, neighbour and more. No career growth can't switch internally untill no relations from PM. Not a single rule of increment, get 10, 5, 20, 14 any no. Of % for Any employee.
