Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The company is open to many innovations and always ready to adopt new technologies. I love the fact that I was a part of Netking Web Services Pvt Ltd. It is a very reliable company. There are good opportunities to advance your career. Management is very supportive and ready to listen to your ideas and suggestions always. Telecommuting is permitted and flexible schedule. You get to work with some great people from other backgrounds. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
