... don't get the bare minimum amenities like a clean washroom or a coffee machine. The salary doesn't come on time. Everything is scattered.

no on job training for new technology and you have to experiment yourselves and get better eventually, sometimes appraisals are late.

Get opportunity sharpen your skills under perfect heat of work and leadership. You don't have to focus on Passive activities e.g. Leave calculation, Overtime payment, Salary delay etc. they have a good HR & Finance team to manage all these things for you and you can focus on your primary tasks. Direct reach to management and Rajesh and Lokesh Gupta are really good mentors. Free and evening refreshment snacks to all employees.

Small lunch Break. It will be good if they have little bigger space for lunch and common gatherings. Less skill training programs

Company work culture is pretty good, people over here are nice and the overall work load is pretty nicely managed

There seems to be no growth in this company and the are so many polices to prevent you from taking any offs. There's no incentives or no good sources of extra income.

A best place to see yourself with a best opportunity and the staff which make you comfortable to work efficiently and effectively. Atmosphere which promotes you to groom youself for a upcoming tackles.

Downsides of this company also can be called as opportunity for someone because its gives a way of earning with your studies also by their rotational shifts.
