...es aren't tracked like service based companies. But there will be fixed timings. Salary is on a bit higher compared other similar product based companies. Hike percentages will be around 10% (first two hikes will be 12% and 16% for freshers). Job security is good. Cost cutting will be done by removing amenities or delaying the hikes, not by laying off.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction will not be there. Very old product. No platform to learn new technologies. Learning new skills is not a priority. Timesheets need to be submitted at the end of every week even if there isn't much work. It will taken very seriously. Will be a bit difficult sometimes. Company culture is still age old. Need to call everyone 'sir' and hierarchy is still there. Managers aren't friendly but helps much technically. Seniors hangout with seniors only.

...ortive and the management is transparent. There is a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are too good and they give good salary hike and bonus every QUARTER!😊

Admin department needs some improvement as at times they are not professional. Everything else is awesome!!

No teamwork, very less coding for developers, usage of company specific tools, zero documentation of code, lack of mentorship, guidance, knowledge transfer about product, being unassigned to projects for months, expectation of 100% output from beginners from very start, lunch/cafeteria not up to mark

...s no guaratee. career growth also depends on your project it is very less here. salary and appraisal is average. travel is most for BA. you will learn about product only. work environment is good. work life balance is ok.

Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes with tax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses. Their so called quarterly awards involve lot of politics and it's not based on real performance of an employee.
