I worked for 13 years in Netcracker and it's pay master . Your work is directly proportional to pay you receive no matter the company position . Onsites are limited and short . You can learn telecom in detail and depth.you will be satisfied EOD for the work you deliver and you will be occupied most of the year with assignments

CTC is all fixed part and no variable component. Transport facility is free and normally compensation and hike is good as compared to competitors.

Dislikes

No Job security and micro management. Also cafeteria with only small place to sit. No good served.

...es aren't tracked like service based companies. But there will be fixed timings. Salary is on a bit higher compared other similar product based companies. Hike percentages will be around 10% (first two hikes will be 12% and 16% for freshers). Job security is good. Cost cutting will be done by removing amenities or delaying the hikes, not by laying off.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction will not be there. Very old product. No platform to learn new technologies. Learning new skills is not a priority. Timesheets need to be submitted at the end of every week even if there isn't much work. It will taken very seriously. Will be a bit difficult sometimes. Company culture is still age old. Need to call everyone 'sir' and hierarchy is still there. Managers aren't friendly but helps much technically. Seniors hangout with seniors only.

Work life balance is ok. Provides good salary for new joiners.

Dislikes

Lot of politics in Indian management. Whole top management is Russian, so lot of times Indian employees are not trusted by them and have less opportunity and growth compared to Russian employees. There is no cab service by company, neither do they reimburse cab bills. Only reimburse fuel cost for your travel but that also comes with tax deduction. There are just no office parties or any celebrations Gifts they give on special occasions are very cheap. No yearly bonuses. Their so called quarterly awards involve lot of politics and it's not based on real performance of an employee.
