Every thing I dislikes in Netclues worst hr porlat clacule every punch of yours in and out time no flexible time no job security I just leave my previous job and join netclues they fire me in 15 days in the netclues guys don't join the the company netclues & remember dont join the Parth Bhemani team worst every employ play the policy with you and terminate you in 5 days If you you are working some where dont leave your job of the net clues company

The management here lacks flexibility and seems more focused on pleasing the owner than supporting employees. This company is almost always hiring because most people don’t stay for more than a year. For those who do, the company assumes they’ll never leave and treats them poorly. The HR Head Shubhangini, tends to side only with the company, showing little regard for employee concerns. Be cautious in dealing with her.
