Work life balance will be very good . Good work environment. Industry standard work that you will get .
Dislikes
Compensation wise no reviews will happen. When your getting offer you should open your mouth else HR will manipulates you . I asked as per company norms that's where I caught by HR.
In my case they give very less RSU for me when compared to my colleagues. For two of my colleagues,who has same experience as me with only Bachelor degree and joined almost with me got RSU's triple than me.
Compensation review should happen properly.

- Job Security is terrible
- Top management and strategic teams are the worst teams and not fit for the development projects and analysis.
- They are just trying to copy the competitors in the market, they don't have any good strategy to win.
- Employees are working under a job security fear because someday a CEO will start jumping on the stage by saying that whoever is sitting ideal should leave the company and the next day they lay off employees who have been working here in the company for the last one or two decades.
- Join this company if you don't have any other option.

Compensation is good only if keep your manager happy , no matter what the company’s goals are .
The mid level managers are good for nothing . They drive out good engineers . There is a 360 degree feedback , I don’t understand why company conducts these surveys when they are not serious about it . The managers have turned the teams into their fiefdom.
The manager sets goals for you in the beginning of the year , any sane person would think that he will get a good hike if he works hard to meet or exceed the expectations with the goals as guideline . NO . The manager will not care if you have done exceptionally well he will promote only those people whom he thinks are loyal to him . Indian managers have tribal mentality. They think they are tribal leaders and no one can go against them
Overall I would like to give excellent that includes company culture, flexibility,skills,team work, salary and benefits everything,but the main thing is job security which I don't have
Manager was hired in hurry as NetApp was building a new team, incompetent and fraud guy now sitting on top of our heads, giving no technical guidance for us, watching saas-bahu serials and songs in youtube in office and home staying online always. After 2 years of work, he doesn't know anything about product features in details and asks just work status always without trying to know what are the ongoing issues and pain-points of the team. Whenever we try to explain, after 10 minutes of explanation, he says that he didn't understand it, you go and solve it. I have never seen such manager in my career of 4 companies so far. He is best fit for service companies to take out work from contractors, not for NetApp. Dear Management, you did a blunder.
