There is nothing good or bad about a company . Company dependent upon a employee if manage and management and HR is good then everything will be good in company.. my suggestion for a company Head ,please talk to there employee invdual and take a feedback about there HR ..

Company is good. They pay fairly.

Dislikes

The managers are pathetic, like Pritesh Pote of Mumbai location, HRs like Krinshu Gaur (Pune) is another person who lies and tricks employee. Because of these people a good company is getting bad reputation. I urge management to teach them basics of HR & communication etiquette because both lack it.

...e fake promises that they make with their employees using hiring all deployment. The company mainly focuses into cost cutting that is it irrespective of the career of the candidate

Interview to onboarding process is smooth HR is supportive about onboarding formalities, client interactions Salary is always received on time

No activities or trainings arranged for staff working on client location Appraisals are delayed without any clear communication

I was working for a client and as committed by Netconnect they had given me a better opportunity to enhance my skills.

Dislikes

...ect interaction is less. I feel they could have interact with me as their staff. There is no bonus policy.
