The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth

Company is good. They pay fairly.

The managers are pathetic, like Pritesh Pote of Mumbai location, HRs like Krinshu Gaur (Pune) is another person who lies and tricks employee. Because of these people a good company is getting bad reputation. I urge management to teach them basics of HR & communication etiquette because both lack it.
