There is noting for like , they are just dealers who deal for employees for another client companies

...client then this going again and again if client project is ended you are fired false statement during joining and after that send another documents for you have to pay that , you have to do that according to me its a dealers company which hire for clients on commission basis only

Work life balance is really good. Compensation is good.Managers are very supportive. In my case Durai Sir was my mentor. The way he has molded me and gave opportunity to directly interact with Business is really appreciable. This one of the organisation which does not believe in vertical hierarchy. Even top management is very approachable.

Except pf they provide all salary whatever it's mentioned in CTC.

Management is not good, they should reply on mail soon but they don't and sometimes they provide salary after 3-4 days of cut of the salary date..

...rk for a client of NetConnect where work culture is good, job security is great. Pay is at market standards.

As I work for NetConnect's client, the work culture is solely driven by culture at client's. So no cons as far as Netconnect is concerned.

...n a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth.
