...client then this going again and again if client project is ended you are fired false statement during joining and after that send another documents for you have to pay that , you have to do that according to me its a dealers company which hire for clients on commission basis only

Never releases salary on time, you have to beg for your salary for each month, wanna check, go and join this, and sooner you will know the real truth. Even lata i.e HR head doesn't values your complaint.

...n a third party project and never look back at you if you are doing good or not. The only thing left with you is your job and salary and no social life because there are 1.5 days leave per month and no annual leaves, so in case you need a long holiday even in case of emergency, get your salary deducted. Apart from week off there are no public holidays and no extra pay to work even on National holidays like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jayanti. If you are working from home, no wifi or internet rebate is there, you have to pay on your own. You will be told to work for 9 hrs shift but will be made to work for 12 hours. There is no salary growth.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.I have to work 9-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

According to client we can say. I worked as a desktop support engineer here for bogginess it's good platform .

Very late final salary settlement. Once they put us into client place means they are not bother employee problems . There is a much partiality is there in client working place like who came as a referral for them only client managers giving prefernce
