Third party job. As compare to other third party No bonus, No joining kit, no good salary/hike. As they are third party so all thing depend on your client location.

HR dept does not take your full responsibility. For every concerns you have to take multiple follow ups . As a vendor company they should make sure that their employees should get least benefits but they are just there to PO renewal process.

Gives salary increment on client suggestion. No individual decisions by HR. No other special benefits like.. Performance pays.. Variable pays.. Best employee or performance rewards.
