I was selected as a system Engineer for a particular district only in Rajasthan. But when i joined they give me work from all north State not only call but also vender coordination and lot of other works. And the most terrible thing is that you need to give activity report from 9:30 to 6:30 minute to minute update you need to update in activity sheet otherwise your salary will deduct. My five days salary dedut and finally i have resigned after 1 month only. Here notice period also 3 months you can't see another job when you are working here. Murugappa group is best organization but netaccess spoil the name of murugappa group. I strongly recommend please do not join this company. If you have only two options die or this company than you can choose this company.

...s notice period Activity report you need to give minute to minute work report. Salary deduction without informing you Work stress and pressure is much high No life balance you didn't have a single minute for your family bcz you need to mention in activity report what are you doing

Salary will credit every month end without any fail and allowance also credit properly

Don't get any recognition for your work even If you working for 12 hours or 24 hours continuously. and also employee doesn't get any hike for their valuable work. The company doesn't care about the employees and work.

The environment that's the main reason. Person will get that comfort here unless he has some commitment because here you can develop your skills very much but salary expectations not that much. Overall Netaccess-india is an good company
