Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Very poor work culture, high authority doesn’t know about ground realities causing Nestle’s degrowth in market . Yes boss culture by Balagali biased managers only promote and appreciate Bengalis which definitely help other companies to take nestle market share.

Top management ruined the company, no increment monday to saturday working with no worklife balance, no promotion suggest not to join from last 2 years company culture is worse rather than previously, incapable managers this is just IIM company that sit

Work culture change drastically and becoming worst day by day . Huge pressure and fear of loosing job. Top management indirectly going to fire many employees soon . Stress , poor work life balance and bad mental state are growing.
