Pay scale is good.

  • Salary - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance. Manager calls even on holidays and sundays. Shouts and creates mental pressure during festival holidays also. Meeting is scheduled even after working hours, late night at 10 pm till 1 am. All the work which is supposed to be done by the manager he wants us to do it.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.

It use to one of the best FMCG companies to work for but unfortunately Nestle is now converting themselves into local companies. Many Employees and businesses partners have already put down their papers and more to come due to illogical nonnegotiable demands from leadership team. Job security is not bad but you will always ask to put your paper if you miss any work but if you really put your paper you will be the best employee. Company have a policy of 90 days notice period which they are not negotiable at all as they can find or no one wants to join the organisation at the moment. Post covid all the market working is normalise now but management unable to come out of the Teams online meet which is 12-15 hours of online meetings in a week.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...or her mind what happen in past..one bad day in office clot your career growth..the salary growth is comparatively slow compete to other companies in same industry and I work in east That is Kolkata branch where people are conservative and avert taking risk in promoting new talent as they are preoccupied with one epidode which they don't like about u. Working for a decade in the company scoring good appraisal through out but still they think u don't have that which is required for next level. 0
