...nce I am a office based employee and can easily manage our daily work from home.We have received full salary and other benifits as well.

Limited career growth if not mobile.

It is good organization. working culture is good. Although pay structure is not good. CTC looks attractive, but take home salary is very low.

Transfer of employees without their consent. Pay structure not good. CTC looks attractive but take home salary is low (variable part is high)

Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.

Only salary and some benifits.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, no work life balance, too much pseudo work, everything is a priority apart from the basic job, biased management, more showoffs rather than actual/practical scenarios.
