...ght but no acknowledgment for any of that. Doesn't care about skill development. Gave fake promises of bonus but never paid.

Adequate work life balance for all employees Good team bonding with peer employees who suffer same mental torture with poor hike and low salary.

...erial rating still they have not given me any satisfactory hikes or benefits 5. I resigned the company inspite asking HR for better competative salary and HR hold the decision for almost an year and 3 months still I only got 9% hike. 6. No external benefits like free meals, snacks, wellness programs, or internet reimbursement. 7. Recently mass layoff of almost 400 employees happened in 2023-2024 . 8. People who are from Lucknow and other parts of India takes longer WFH and people around Kerala always have to test the things done by them. Company never treats employees alike 9. No matter how hard you work you hardly get chance to work in the area that interest you even if projects are open.

Getting assigned to an internal or training project is the best thing that can happen as a fresher. We lot of room to grow your career and work life balance is the best. Flexible work hours , hybrid and basically stress free.

Dislikes

...lost their jobs within the 1st year Work life balance (not my case) :If you are in a client project you are cooked, Salary will be better though

Good working environment, friendly colleagues and seniors, helping mentality of co-workers, job security, training is provided for new technologies

when i started working with this company , on the initial 6 months of training, they neither taught us anything nor gave any task to do 🤣

...fore completing a year they will fire us with lame excuses like bad performance. so they can avoid paying us the retention bonus which is a promised 50,000 which was in the offer letter. even people working in the company are not getting the retention bonus even after for 6 months after completing 1 year in the company. very pathetic experience working with nest digital
