They don't provide you with laptop or Internet connection and neither do they consider if you're having any network issues from your end.

...Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. Deduction from salary for plagiarism and also for not meeting the word count. Salary promised becomes half due to these issues.

During my two years at this company, I've come to appreciate one thing - the regular crediting of the salary on the 7th of every month. This consistency has been a reliable and valuable aspect of working here.

...hings (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will never recommend the company to anyone.

Work culture is pathetic, poor work environment, no career growth & learning. Poor politics between team mates , no supporting people, no timely salary, no employee care, no proper leave . Totally pathetic

Industry leading compensation, excellent organizational culture, superior leadership, work from home facilities, 8 hours of work, offers training on statistical software, cyber security, great learning opportunities. If you are self-motivated, you have greater opportunity to grow as you have a training manager initially, and then a team manager once you are promoted. They will guide you, motivate you, yet, its your part to play the most. So, whoever wishes to learn and strive with passion, they can proceed successfully.
