There is nothing positive, to state. Except that the company policies were so ridiculously bad, it made for some nice content if you are taking up comedy. Also, just teaches you, what you don't want in your life.

...ened to you. So, work-life balance is a myth here. It simply does not exist. 5. There are a million of ways they will cut your salary, and they won't give a proper explanation for it. Even if you meet the target of 60,000 words a month. 6. Super shady policies that include deductions for even minor escalations. It is quite common for students to want some changes (because you are working on subjects you don't even know) and it can always happen that the student or the writer needs clarifications. No, none of that. 7. The cafeteria (has a coffee machine) is infested by cockroaches and often receives zero cleaning. 8. Immediate team leaders, who are meant to show some respect and support ones in a while, is busy playing games and critiquing women and men on what they wear. Yes, there is high school bullying here. Cannot say the office politics is evolved because it is so juvenile. 9. There are zero benefits here for workers. ZERO. 10. Higher management is least bothered about your welfare, so expect none of that. 11. They will expect you to work even in natural calamities like Amphan which had the electricity down for the whole city. If you fail (which obviously people will) salary will be deducted (yeah they love that here). 12. They will not send any office mail stating COVID-19 policies, so if your co-worker does not turn up the next day. Just isolate yourself because you might have contracted Covid. But hey, complete your target!!

...u and then they'll hold you accountable for mistakes that they didn't address. Salary. Not upto the mark. If you even get any that is. You're not allowed to have Internet issues. They don't provide you with laptop or Internet connection and neither do they consider if you're having any network issues from your end.

...Offer letter was given on a blank Ms word file, company letterhead was not used. After nearly 1 months of working, they informed us that they will provide half month salary of the month that also after 45days. Deduction from salary for plagiarism and also for not meeting the word count. Salary promised becomes half due to these issues.

During my two years at this company, I've come to appreciate one thing - the regular crediting of the salary on the 7th of every month. This consistency has been a reliable and valuable aspect of working here.

Dislikes

...hings (gaslighting). Sometimes, it feels more like a drama stage than an office. There are also no benefits to working here; the salary, appraisals, and learning opportunities are all unfair. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will never recommend the company to anyone.

Work culture is pathetic, poor work environment, no career growth & learning. Poor politics between team mates , no supporting people, no timely salary, no employee care, no proper leave . Totally pathetic
