Some teamates are very good, career n growth is nice if polictics vanishes, salary / appraisal will be good if done on the basis of performance not by the senior feedbacks , management is very good .

Teammates are like sarkari babu type, jealousy n cheap politics is on high priority than work , seniors do partiality in appraisal,mangement is best but they are not aware of ground level politics which is giving adverse effect on company assets, quality , quantity, time and name fame HR shuold do re verification of qualification certificate of all staff as per their designation most IMPORTANT POINT to save company from any larger social policy lossess.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
