Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.

No L&D, no work life balance, not paid as per the skills et and work load, policy deviation for Head office and ground team. No engagement activities

The Company provides competitive compensation and benefits, Professional Training and Certification, Salary is always on the last working day of the month. without fail. Special thanks to my Manager for being always by my side.

You will become workaholic and psychiatric will be your good friend. Not a safe place for women to work in the zonal level.

...ause you will be highly paid and become a department head without experience. For others you should be good in buttering and joining the HO, then your promotion and salary hike will be good so join here.

I like my Reporting Manager teammate, my colleagues all are very helpful and co operative and even my managements each and everything. We are doing work from during this covid19 and everything is so sorted and we work for company and in nephroplus everyone is so supportive. We do motivated by our managers on this period.

As per salary structure Work pressure is more. Sometimes it get difficult to maintain between work life balance.
