Nothing to like as such. Salary comes on time

Dislikes

Its a name sake listed company but as a family owned proprietory. No HR rules . You can sacked any time. Their MD is higly insecure. Their COO has very little exp. Only holds the because he the MD's brother in law

Salary on time.

Dislikes

Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.
