Support office is everything but Supportive. Upper management doesn't care about the ground staff and will propose illogical rules and regulations in every few days. The work life balance is a myth here because you are expected to be responsive all the time even if you're on leave on a remote island. They dgaf. Increment is megre. It used to be a good company but now it's just unbearable.

No L&D, no work life balance, not paid as per the skills et and work load, policy deviation for Head office and ground team. No engagement activities

1) Good pay and and incentives 2) Training also is good with current affairs 3) Good team members and we can communicate with each other

1) What ever issues will be there it should be analysed properly 2) Cluster manager what ever he/she says is not final HR should listen both parties than they should take decision.
