If you want to grow under a good leadership, you can definitely try once in life to be associated with Neovation. Being a start up, there are few gaps in terms of processes, but the job security is excellent.

Dislikes

Being a start up, the interim processes are not yet stringent. It may take more time. But being a part of employee, you can help to bring the change & expedite the process as well.
