Neova is start up company. Few projects are there if you get any project then you are lucky otherwise you'll be out of company soon.

Dislikes

Job security. Salary is less. Not much projects. Managers not supportive. After you join company HR will not help you if you face any issue

Appraisal varies between 10 to 20 % Salary norms based on formula -> Year of experience + 2 lacs annually Work life balance is well and depends project to project Presentation and knowledge sharing sessions conducted voluntarily are useful

Dislikes

Vision is changing suddenly ,lack in firm approach and planning Employee evaluation is not transparent TLs are nor helpful neither technical, secure their position by blaming others Risky when no project in pipeline or you are on bench

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
