When I joined them, the distribution of IT products is just got the momentum, we had to compete with the global leaders, even that time the the major M&As' are happened. The career opening I got for a Warehouse In charge to reached the Warehouse manager. The atmosphere is good, but it is a demanding situation on every day. The work hours is too long, with the team members it was managed, the great advantage is attendance, the management learnt the distribution system is not a time bound as it is required 24 x7, it is made practical and the entire Wh/distribution team not even deducted their salaries when taken leaves.
