Neosym industry limited policy are good for training company give good salary and bonus for workers. Company environment and culture is also good for workers.

Dislikes

Company administration is not good for staff, cafeteria canteen facilities are poor and never proper solution after complain about any queries. Job is never secure for staff. Company poltics are not good for staff.

Work culture, health policy, safety. And basic needs for employees.

Dislikes

Work culture, work shop not maintained. Not provide healthy basic needs for employees.( Toilet,lavoretory, fillter water, healthy food, healthy snacks, not maintained hygiene.

There is lot to learn for a person who is starting his career. Once you get settled there you enjoy the work pressure. If you can't bear pressure neosym is not for you. You get to know various grades and various core making process.

The house keeping can be done in a better way .

While working, the guidance is very good, the managing director of the company also has a personal conversation, and Mr. Swapnil Jathar of the personnel administration also gives personal consideration, helps in the difficulties and also gives the right advice to the workers.

It is not great place to work. Actually it is worst place to work. This survey also very fraud No one is technically perfect in this company. Only Jugad approach. I will never suggest to work in Neosym.
