Whenever speaks for an increment some new policies are applied in it like Loyalty bonus or some bond in which you need to pay back that increment amount back to organisation after resigning. And these are applied every year so whenever you leave the company you need to fillup the increment amount back.

- every hour login when WFH - 9:30 hours working hours - long working hours - stay 1.5 months at bench and marketing people start telling that you will get fired if you will not be selected by their client - less salary compare to market.

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

No work life balance, no job security, unwantedly pausing salary, firing employees without giving notice period, not giving full and final settlement.
