Dislikes

No work life balance. Not at all good leaders & leadership (Few of them don’t even have qualities to become a leader). The CEO & Directors are full of arrogance and sarcasms. They never follow their core values which they have named as HEART but publicise it in a such a way that this is the only company who has made such values. They call themselves as a full service agency but not even close to being an event company. Infact, a production house can do better events.

Company culture is pathetic There are no policies or standards that are followed. Everything is driven by the founders. They make & change rules according to their convenience. There is no job security The employees are not well educated The company culture is not so safe No work life balance at all No growth

My immediate manager was an excellent boss of mine. He use to always give me opportunity and encourage in my work. Use to always push for different challenges. So personal my best experience was working with him and i do learned alot from him.

Dislikes

I did not got time to serve notice and today i am jobless. Company understood my problems but when i asked them for little more extension then they asked me.to leave which was completely against ethics. Today i am facing problems. Were ever i apply they say that we dont take neoniche employees.so i am into a big fix.
