Due to involvement with the defense sector, their are strict deadlines which cannot be delayed. So work is demanding but exciting.

1- Complex technical Defence Projects 2- International LATEST TECHNOLOGY exposure 3- Hand On LATEST Systems exposure 4- Immense opportunity to LEARN Engineering. 5- HARD work is required. Engineering knowledge is required. 6-Working long hours is required but if you like engineering, that is a BIG Plus

1-Hard Work is there but it good for your own learning growth and career growth. 2- I enjoy, I do not dislike anything.

New engineers we hire take time to adopt to real engineering work environment, they think engineering is production
