Compensation and benefit are very worst. Culture is very bad of this company because mindset of people are older and political. They mostly do not provide any training program. This company does not care for there employee and this company still need to develop its system in every department.

... Rohit, Shilpi and their head Madan are the most inhuman being I have ever seen. People mostly leave here by taking the salary on 7th Good bye on 8th as they know they will not get the relieving. They need person, you go they will hire you by showing their fountain which they make from customer tooling cost. Good luck
