...cross 7 firms, this one is the best I have worked in my entire 6-Year career. Many things, including the freedom to talk about any issues with our seniors or HR, package revising, the opportunity to learn more, WFH opportunity, respect, and many more benefits and treatments, chain me to this company for many more years to come. Freshers are very lucky to join this company as your career growth will improve within months, and in 3-6 months, you will become a permanent employee with a good package. For experienced people, this company loves those who are highly skilled. And you get a great package for what you are worth. And after working for a while, you'll feel as if you're working for your own company.

Dislikes

To be honest, compared to my previous jobs, the negatives for this company are negligible. Still, to fill this area, I would say this company needs an improvement in setting up incentive structures for all employees, yearly bonus structures like other corporate companies, monthly appraisals, or "Employee of The Month" kinda things to motivate and appreciate loyal employees.

The work culture here depends on the team you have and I had the best team.

... pay after working for 8 months, and for others, most were still interns then. They have strict rules to not share your salary package to others. You know, so that you don't know how underpaid you are. And their audacity to lie... Saying I was being paid more than others. Unfair treatment of my colleagues as well, which was more infuriating than happening to me. Underpayment & forcing employees to pitch in money for bridal showers conducted in name of the company....that includes interns who was being paid 8K. I can go on, I really can. I mean some egomaniacs up the post with his specs and baby beard is a joke I can't even start with.

Nice company with great values. CEO is very friendly. Work life balance is also good. Good place to learn new things. For freshers opportunities to learn new technologies.If you are capable you can get chance to lead the team in 2-3 years of your IT experiences.

Some people in management team thinks that we are not human. There is a common saying among management team. "A junior employee should work for 16 hours to manage a task done by senior employee in 8hrs".then why a junior and senior employee paid differently
