Zero safety. Full partiality between management and employees. zero facilities and yet they act like professionals. If you're in MNC don't work here.

Nothing, I just joined this organisation due to salary increment.

Everything, HR department is totally blunder here. No ethics No rules No regulations. Maximum public is corrupt at top management. No one can reach to top management to complain. They do not have any policy. This organisation is like “Bhagwan bharose”. Transportation facilities are big mishaps over here, you will be provided old vehicles to transport which has no any fitness certificate. All vehicles are more than 5 years old. The food provided in canteen is totally rubbish, canteen is temporary and persons who are handling it are like last year they have taken bath. Even animals can not eat in such a dirty place. No system in any work.

Nothing. R&d head is totally mental. He don't know how to handle department. Worst person in my 7 year industrial experience. He just comes in office to humiliate his team members and try to reduce his frustration. No support from Hr department and management. R&d HODs job is just passing personal cmnt on team member and team members family .No technical support. Hr department is totally Handicapped. They don't know their responsibility..Hr policy changes person to person.

Nothing to like. Everything is Bakwas. Zero seafty.R&d HODs is totally uneducated. He don't know how to talk. Just passing Rubbish comments on team member and their family members. Dead Hr department and dead Management. Zero job security. Every day my HOD is tourchring me and after every conversation he say I will terminate you. Totally unprofessional management.
