They do partiality towards non Bengali people,if you are a non Bengali then you will be harassed and you won't be given on time promotions.

As I am working here in Operation Department, i can't tell about other department. But in Operation Department, work culture is preety good, work life balance is also good, and superior are also very supportive here.. so overall as a workplace it is quite good

I think in terms of skill development and career growth opportunities i would not say that this is a perfect place for you.. but yes you can definitely start your career from here and if you are serious enough about your career then you can also learn many things from here.

Amongst thousands of business houses in kolkata there is a company named "Neo Metaliks" whose head office is situated in central place of prak street. Office opens at 10 AM morning and closes at 7 PM evening every day except on Saturday when office closes at 4.30 PM. About 40 employees are coming to office from different folk of the city for attending their daily work. The new thing with the em[employees of Neo Metaliks is that they not only understand office as their work avenue but their worship place too. This is a system based company and every department is having a road map which helps them to perform their work in right way. During office hour none of the employee feel work pressure. Everybody looking smart and cheerful in doing the defined task. All employee spend more time in office than that of their residence. There is a feeling in the mind of all Neo metalians right from the peon to MD that they are working in their house. If somebody faces any constraints in completing the given job he or she immediately get relaxed by consulting fellow colleagues, the most unique thing in this company is that if any major issues relating to company affairs arises, the entire team of the company irrespective of department and post engages themselves to resolve the same jointly. Every employee of the company giving their 100% efficiency to the company with full dedication. The management if the company takes care of all employees as guardian of the family starting from providing moral & financial supports to employees as guardian of the family staring from providing moral & financial support to employees as & when required; providing daily evening snacks to all employees, providing all necessary amenities required by employees, providing full pick/drop to employees ( Home-office-home) in Covid situation alongwith all essentials like mask, sanitizer; even providing immunity boosting drink-KADHA to all employees fot their helath purpose.

Providing 3-4 days work From home facility to all employees even after lock-down so that the employees don't get much exposed to the deadly virus. There are so many pretty instances to prove our MD sir, Sri Ravi Agarwal ji is man of kind heart, sentimental and dashing person who lovews his employees alike his family members. This is the only reason that all employees of Neo metaliks feel safe here as they feel in their residence. May God give strength to all Neo Metalians to serve the comany more diligently.

I have been working there for the Last 14 years, I always felt like my second home there due to the friendly atmosphete in the office, all the staffs and managements are well behaved and cultured. The comany is growing under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Ravi Agarwal (MD). I advice new aspirants to try in there.
