...e lier. I was trainee there and not got appraisal not received permanent letter. I resigned they were started the drama that I was permanent employee and signed the bond and I have to pay 1 lac for my experience letter. It was strange,I never signed any bond. Fake people fake management here.

Everything MD ,HR are lier. They cheated me and not providing my experience letter and saying to pay 1 lac for this. I was trainee there and after resignation they said I have signed bond but I never signed any bond here. If you resigned here management will be enemy for you

...this Company is not for You Toxic Environment Full poltics No Financial Growth No Bonus No Work From Home Location of Company is far from normal connectivity, i.e. located in rural area. OLA & Uber is also not available in this area. Vary bad road conditions near Office, and at rainy season it's horrible. Timing of office is very bad at evening.

...are acting like enemy. Fake paper works created without information to employee. I was trainee after 1 yr not given my permanent position letter due to they have to pay more and increment will apply. I resigned and before my last working day HR came with MD and said you have signed bond and pay 1 lac then we will accept your resignation because you have signed bond. But I never signed any bond . Last working day they change my position on system but not given me any paper and said to pay for experience letter. They can fired any time to anyone and if you are useful then can't relieve you and they will start the fake documents drama. Sweet poison MD here and HR is dramatic.

This is situated in newly developed industrial area, so public transportation is an issue, may improve in future, however Company is providing its own bus and cab facility to the employees to reach office from nearest metro station i.e. Sant Surdas (Sihi) Metro station.
