Its a fake company. Onboards employees for TCS and takes monthy compition and fire with 6 months. They work in gurgaon with diffent name as "Manpower Source". On hiring they say TCS will take nelito employee in direct payroll on completion of 6 month. They silently terminate and ask for resignation from Nelito blackmailing for experience letter . Its totally a fake organization.

Dislikes

No salary slips are given to employees and formal notice for period is there. Do not listen to any huddles faced by employee within employment. No HR intervention.

- WFH & Hybrid working environment - Good for Freshers: bydefault you will get opportunity for multiple projects/ models/ roles - Banking Domain

Dislikes

- Work-life balance: Not get compensation on work where we do on holidays - Lack of Management: project deadline never meets - Salary is not increased as per market standards - Old Technology used

...e is everything is full of cons There is buy out option for relieving letters. So I have to pay 24000 to buy relieving letter any one who need you can go buy from the company.

Nelito is good company, Technology is old but good for fresher and good for 1 to 3 year experience employees. they can learn ajax, html,jquery, sql,c# oops concept implementation,SOLID Principle more deeply over here. Company is Trying to implement new technologies but it will take approximately two years,

1)5-10% salary cuts facility provided. 2)Managers expect you to work on Saturdays and Sundays. 3)Guys with 1-2 yrs of experience handling projects done by 7+ yrs experience. 4)With wfh conditions have worsen expected to be available for 18-24 hrs. 5)No appraisals . 6)HR's not concerned with employee welfare so don't expect anything from them. 7)Call details directly shared with clients without informing the person.
