...y legal constitutional rights to explore the dirty management of Nelito Systems. From the time of joining 25-7-2016 salary is still fixed .Their is no hike since last 4 years .

May salary debited. No proper Medical health insurance.only providing 1.5L .this amount is not at all sufficient.

Its a fake company. Onboards employees for TCS and takes monthy compition and fire with 6 months. They work in gurgaon with diffent name as "Manpower Source". On hiring they say TCS will take nelito employee in direct payroll on completion of 6 month. They silently terminate and ask for resignation from Nelito blackmailing for experience letter . Its totally a fake organization.

Dislikes

No salary slips are given to employees and formal notice for period is there. Do not listen to any huddles faced by employee within employment. No HR intervention.
