Nelco Supervisor salaries in India (Updated 2025)

As a NOC engineer at Nelco, the only things I liked were the shift allowances. Also salary was very less but it always came on time and there was no delay.

Dislikes

At Nelco, who is a Service Provider, a department like NOC has zero respect. All the other departments are prioritised before NOC. Also I would recommend that please don't join for the post of L1 Engineer or Technical Assistant as they are made to do the most work but paid very less as compared to their hardwork. Work life balance, ambience and canteen are very poor. Also reconstruction work is going on for years now.

There is a lot to learn but they make you work 12hrs a days with any compensation, and the work is more of a BPO than a NOC don't be fooled by the job profile this is basically a call center with minimum wages ,harsh management and even worse managers

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are fair, but it been 2 years as a part of them but no salary hike as of now or bonus received.

Especially for ladies its a retirement job and for gents it's a average because there is a transport facility and most important it's a Ratan Ji Tata First Company as he was a Chairmain.
