...policy are against employees. for ex. some of fixed holidays are on weekends. 3. no compensation if worked on weekends 4. You cant have WFH, not even if you have to work on weekends.

Well!!!!! 1. Flexible working hours. 2. You can get the government working vibe sometimes.( Roaming here and there )

...en in the vending machine. Even there were lizards walking around on my desk. 9. Problem of 2-3 weehlers parking if parking is full u have to pay and park your vehicle. 10. No techinal knowledge sharing by the leads. 11. My teammates were working till 7 am in the morning due to poor project planning by managers. 12. They need the deliverables at any cost without even discussing with the team members about the planning. 13. Boss come to the office at 12 pm and expect the team to stay late for them. Please don't join the company if u have a better option.
