The company is good for the purpose of learn & earn experience on the field of civil site work. eg- shuttering, steel work, brickwork, labour management etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, ihave to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as ihave to attend client calls, contractors calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual' unique strengths, which is why ihave to take back my suggestion most of the times.
