...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Management will make sure to work more than 15 hours a day and salary will be skipped after resignation for the notice period. On an average salary will be paid only for 9 months in a year and 3 months salary will be skipped.

A very good IT BASED company with limited resources and a flexible work environment. I would recommend to freelancers and freshers who are willing to startup.

Coming to the workplace, you will have the opportunity you will get to prove yourself, having better opportunities all the time the people who work and are dedicated to the work and are loyal here is the best opportunity, The IT SUPPORT DIRECTOR is a person who believes in smart working employee and always encourage the team reach the professional goals and personal development and always will be with the employee who is loyal and hard worker. I've been working here for more than 1 year I mean nearly 2 years and here employees who have been working for more than 5 years here will understand the office culture and environment you will find a better and better work place here and no WORK PRESSURE at all. To be frank worked in many Organization before but not like this work environment where you have a hard working Colleagues and supporting Sr. Managers.
